We are a functional movement clinic.

We are low volume by choice, which means you get extra time with our chiropractors and with our athletic trainers. 

Every session includes:​
  • Exercises
  • Soft tissue work (stretching, trigger point therapy, instrument assisted massage)
  • Chiropractic manipulations​
Beyond your sessions:​
  • You'll get secure app with access to videos of you practicing your exercises. (Our patients love this!)
  • Don't have the tools you need for rehab? Reserve an exercise room in our clinic to practice your exercise! (Active patients only)
  • Circuit training sessions are available. (Patients only)
  • Personal training/small group training is also available (Open to general population)
