'I was not able to weight-lift at the gym for more than a couple weeks without injuring something in my shoulder. The same pain was preventing me from doing construction work and yard work at my house. I had tried to rest for extended period of time (3 to 4 month) to heal but the injury would come back after a couple weeks.
